The iPhone 16 series will be available for sale next week, and you can save money using Apple’s trade-in program. Apple recently launched the iPhone 16 lineup in India, with prices starting at Rs 79,900. This series includes the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max, all powered by the advanced A18 processor with Apple’s in-house AI, Apple Intelligence. Pre-booking has already started, and sales go live on September 20.

Apple’s trade-in program allows you to exchange your old device for credit toward a new purchase, such as the iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Watch 10, or other Apple products. Eligible devices for trade-in include iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and even some Android phones. By trading in, you save money and help reduce e-waste since old devices are either passed on or recycled.

You can trade in your device either in-store or online. For online trade-ins, you’ll need to send your old device to Apple within 14 days of receiving your new one. Once Apple checks and verifies the condition, the credit will be added to your account or given as a gift card. If trading in at a store, your device will be inspected, and you’ll get an on-the-spot valuation.
